Hinamatsuri

hinamatsuri1.jpg
"Hinamatsuri (Doll's Festival)" is held on March 3rd. This is the day when families pray for the happiness and prosperity of their girls and to help ensure that they grow up healthy and beautiful.

Most families take their beautiful collection of dolls out of the closet around mid-February and put it away again as soon as Hinamatsuri is over. This is because people believe that leaving the dolls past March 4 will result in a late marriage for the daughter.

Platforms covered with a red carpet is used to display a set of hina-ningyo, ornamental dolls. Some hotels display hina-ningyo
at lobby for above period.
May your customers have chance to stay such hotels.
